Welcome to the Forum!  We've built the infrastructure but need you to help us flesh things out (sorry for the mixed metaphor).  Take a few minutes to wander around.  Ask a question, or answer someone else's.  All we ask is that you Register.  Guests are welcome to look at the postings, but we'd like our visitors to identify themselves when asking or answering.  Thanks!

CLP-Admin generated question:

When do I know when it's time to add an employee (full- or part-time)?  I keep hearing that I should get someone to help with manual functions that take time away from billing hours, but I'm worried about whether I'll have to let them go during slow months.  Any thoughts?
