My elevator speech
Depending on how many floors we are traveling on the elevator I can use just the first one or two paragraphs of what follows or all nine.
EOS is a complete system, which helps leadership teams accomplish three things we call vision, traction, healthy.
Vision, from the standpoint of first getting their leaders 100% on the same page with who they are, what they do, where they are going and how they are going to get there.
Traction, from the standpoint of helping the leaders become masters of execution, getting complete control of what they need to do each day to consistently get the results they want.
Healthy, from the standpoint of helping the leaders become a healthy, functional, cohesive leadership team.
At the end of our journey together, when owners/CEOs and their leadership teams have made EOS a way of life in running their business, the result is communication is enhanced, stress levels decrease, cash flow improves, issues are resolved quickly and permanently and the organization becomes a more cohesive team.
I work primarily in the Washington DC to the Greater New York City corridor with my home base in Greater Philadelphia.
I have a diverse set of EOS clients, including a physical therapy company, an insurance agency, a software company, a capital goods sales/distribution company and an electrical contractor, to name a few.
If you are interested in learning more about the EOS I would be pleased to spend 90 minutes with an owner/CEO and the leadership team explaining EOS and how we might work together.
